Where can I find what iPhone item numbers mean?

Hello,

I recently got my iPhone 5 back from repairs after getting the sleep/wake button replaced. The email I received after the phone was returned to me included a small list of iPhone parts that were replaced. Unfortunately, I'm only given item numbers with no description. Does anyone know where I can figure out what parts were replaced? The item numbers are:

605-3371

605-3898

605-3912

605-4027

i work at Apple elk grove facitly. That what usually we replace when iphone 5 recall for power button...if we found any problem of your iphone we just replace as a new part with no charge at all...Totally you got back with brand new iphone 5 inside part. NO Worry
