Can I upgrade the fans on my MacBook?

My MacBook seems to be having some problems with overheating. I checked the fans and it seems that it's not very silent and doesn't spin fast enough. Would I be able to upgrade the fans to something made for gaming rigs, or do they have different ports?

As far as I know there are no fan upgrades. Cleaning works sometimes. I would check the activity monitor in the Applications - Utilities folder and see if something may be running out of control in the background, like print drivers are know to do. Also try smc fan control: http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/230...
