I spilled a little Root Beer on a corner of my keyboard and now some of the keys are sticky. How can I clean them? I looked at the teardown instruction for the MacBook Air but mine has the chip and not a hard drive. Is it different?

To answer you last question first... no, other than the drive type they are the same.
As to cleaning keys - with the power off you can remove the plastic keys and try removing the sticky sugar with a hot, damp (not wet) cloth. If you're seeing other keyboard issues you may have to replace the top case (keyboard is included) if you've shorted out the keyboard.
