Broken Logic board connection

So I'm replacing the LCDs on two iPod 4Gs

The first I do successfully, just anticipating to purchase super glue to glue the screen down. Only I had trouble with this one and connecting to the actual logic board. Anyway the connections on the board itself have partially broken and fallen. I don't know what to do now.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Generally if you have no or little experience soldering multi-layer boards best to look for someone who does. IFixit sells the tools (every job is easier when you have the right tools), but you would need to practice de-soldering, re-soldering components until you can do it right each time. It's very easy to destroy a board with too much heat- not a sure thing the first time out.
