After opening up my computer and trying to adjust my trackpad (I managed to remove the battery) I think I pressed something (on the inside of the computer) and the computer came off and stopped charging and now it is not coming on at all, no charging light from the power supply either... What can be causing this?

Your muddling with the computer caused this. If you broke/damaged/shorted out hardware there is no software fix or do-over button.
Take it to Apple or an Apple Certified repair shop and get them to tell you what's wrong. Then you cant decide if you're able to do the repair yourself or best to let an expert handle it. If you know what needs to be repaired, and feel qualified to DIY, you can come back here for advice.
