Won't charge! Shows plug instead of lightning bolt?

Already replaced charger port AND battery! So confused, have not tried hard reset but really dont want to if someone knows why this is happening.

You could try to replace the chargeflex.

If this does not solve the issue, there is a soldering option.

For soldering you better send it to a specialized center.
