I got the nand error, what precautions should I be taking?
Hello,
I was recently replacing a customers screen when I was faced with the nand error! After much frustration I did some research and disconnected the 3rd flex cable for the proximty sensor and front facing camera. By doing this, the phone successfully booted up. Sequentially I ordered a replacement flex cable, however Im wondering what precautions I should be taking when installing the flex. I usually transfer this flex cable over very carefully from the old screen to the new one, so this error was a surprise to me.
I also noticed that the screen replacement I received has an extremely loose front facing camera bezel, could this have caused and error?
Theres also a black rubber square like (bezel maybe) that comes out from under the flex, where should that be placed?
Is this a good question?
