cannot get connected to the network
Need your help. I got the same problem. But apple says there was a "trip" on the earpiece area. My phone cannot get connected to the network. I need your help.

If your phone cannot find any networks, you could try to reball the wifi filter.
If the wifi switch (in settings) is greyed out, you have to reflow the wifi chip.
Both can be done at a service center.

Mark, tell us more about what happened to your phone, and what you have done about it. How do you know that it "cannot get connected to the network"?
