Google Web Toolkit is Java based, as such there is no video drivers needed. More likely you have an old version of Java or you don't have it setup correctly. Are you are using the newest version? Or is your web browser have Java disabled? Review this How to Update Java in Mavericks and get the latest Java here Jave for Mac.

I got this from Oracle You have the recommended Java installed (Version 7 Update 55).

When Apple releases a new version of OS it does supply all of the needed drivers for the supported systems with that release.

So I'm not sure I follow you here. It's possible you have an older system which can't run the newer OS-X. Please review these Apple TN's Mac OS-X - System requirements for OS-X Mavericks OS X v10.9, Mac OS-X - System requirements for OS X Mountain Lion OS X v10.8 and lastly, Mac OS-X - System requirements for OS X Lion v10.7 and OS X Snow Leopard v10.6

If you have the latest version of Goggle Web Tool (GWT) installed. I would post a question on Goggles support page for GWT on how to control setup GWT on your system. There maybe a setting that needs to be set to set which graphics services are used. I suspect that could be your issue. I will need to try setting it up on one of my systems but I need to know your exact model to be sure I'm running on the same system.

Please supply the last four digits of your serial number so I can verify your systems model and I can get ahold of the same within my large collect of gear here at work.
