The price for the fright from shenzen could not be that brutal - the problem is pretty simple - if you need it and they are the only dealer sellig it - well, it's a "do or die" thing.

the point is pretty simple: without this part is your phone most likely a brick - with this part it is a fully functioning iPhone. the differenc is huge ;-) but are you able to change this part on the iPhone? does the part have a supporting underfilling? and again: are you able to do that ? (with the proper tools and knowledge to solder anything on a logicboard where almost everything is "glued" and highly problematic to solder on (no big difference between infrared or hot air)
