DOES removing R95_RF will fix THE error 4013 on itunes restore? ).

Hello all flex cables are disconnected ,tried on both mac and pc still issue remains

will reflowing or replacing the wifi module will solve this ?

OR can i remove the R95_RF component and will solve this issue ?
