Audio Codec Troubles Questioning Fixablity

Ok,

So stupid me decides to make an DIY headphone amp. I don't use blocking caps in the design and it doesn't work.

Long story short; my iphone now makes hideous noises with headphones plugged in and it HAS to unfixable right?!? I means it is the audio codec...or is it?

Because my speaker inside the phone still works! So I'm wondering what's going on. What's actually broken and can I fix it.
