I Dropped It and the Screen is Green and Untouchable?

the screen is cracked.

I dropped it once.

I can see the screen, but it's completely untouchable. These green lines start appearing on the screen..

Restore to factory settings, if issue still continues that most likely indicates that a Hardware problem has occurred and needs to be seen by a specialist.

Emily, "the screen is cracked." and "green lines start appearing " sounds very much like a broken LCD. This could be verified by adding an image of your display to your question. You will have to replace the assembly to repair it. Here is the guide for it. The assembly is available at places like this. Hope this helps, good luck.
