Portable GE dishwasher leaks when draining
My dishwasher was stored for a few years, worked fine at that time, now when it hits a drain cycle it leaks all over the floor. The hoses are all in good condition and secure.
Is this a good question?

Try the O rings around the shaft of the pump that the drain hose is connected to. These rings are made of rubber and when rubber gets dry it shrinks or loses some of its shape and creating a leak. I hope this helps

It's a good idea to check for simpler causes of the leak first.
A split drain hose would be my first bet. The ribbed plastic drain hose can get brittle and develop splits between the ribs, which is hard to see if you are not looking for it. The split opens up slightly during the drain cycle and water leaks out.
