Rear Camera Black Screen fix

Front screen works fine. Rear Screen will not work after resetting phone, replacing camera, updating firmware, nothing. Even 3rd party camera programs won't detect it.

As soon as I try to open the Camera app for the rear, it seems to freeze, but the front camera works fine.

I opened it up, replaced the camera, and still doesn't work.

Here is a picture of the connector, and the circuits in between. The main board bubbled around what I believe are the jumpers for the rear camera. Would this cause it to stop working?

I checked, and I don't see any missing jumpers on the logic board, except for one maybe to the very top as pictured.

Any thoughts? I only have a soldering kit bought from this site, as well as some load free solder. I could get a circuit writer pen from Radio Shack if I had to...
