How do you adhere the middle frame bezel / plastic?

For the guys who do in house LCD refurbishing - what methods are you using to adhere the new glass & lcd to the bezel or plastic middle frame?

I know that if you use the 3M glue(Assuimg you buy your frames from china) that it comes with without using the laminator machine (I'll add a link below if you do not know what i am talking about), it will end up falling off in the near future. Sometimes hours after you return the device to your client.

What methods are you guys using?

What's working?

Is there no good alternative to this machine?
