Barry, explain this "as so many upgrades will not run on a PowerPC ?" a bit better. I am not sure how this would be related to the power supply, but it sounds like you are suggesting that by replacing the power supply with an iMac G5/Intel power supply, you could run the upgrades. Is that what you have in mind?
