Where can I get the Matte Bezel?

Hey everyone, I purchased a MacBook Pro from my friend (15" 2.8GHZ, 4GB) for 300$. The Glass sheet over the LCD was shattered very well, so I went out and purchased a new glass sheet from PowerBook medic, and within a week, it cracked. I don't trust the glass anymore, so I'm looking for a bezel like the ones on the Matte MacBook Pros. If anyone knows where I can get one PLEASE let me know.

P.S. This also has a few other problems, like the hinge problem, and the mobo problem, where the 9400M flickers when in use. Once I get the Bezel I can take it to Apple. Hopefully they won't notice :)

the powerbookmedic glass is absolute crap, and their customer service is horrible too. im looking for the matte bezel as well, have you found it yet?

Nope did not find it... My MacBook Pro remains Bezel-less.

Yeah this glass is despicable... I really wish I could get a refund.

It might be good to burn them, Buy a new one, say the one that I have is cracked is the one that arrived and send it back and get free new glass.

I really want a matte bezel, I almost ripped one off of the ones at the Apple store.

Hey know anything about hinges?

Not sure if this helps, but TechRestore has a black bezel that comes with their matte mod. You might be able to convince them to sell you just the bezel:

That looks awesome. exactly what i was looking for! i made an auto cad drawing, and was ready to make one at my universities lab with its laser cutter.... but this looks like a much better option. I didn't realize i can mod my glossy lcd screen as well and install a hi-res screen.

Im sending an e-mail to help@ross..... with a product comparison pdf I made up from your website, because I'm not sure which lcd to choose since they seem to both be compatible with my system.
