Converting I Pad 2 using a Blue Tooth 4

I would like to know if I can upgrade my iPad 2 that has a Blue Tooth 2 to a Blue Tooth 4?

There is a program that requires this and I would like to use my existing iPad 2.

Sorry no, there is no means via software to alter your Bluetooth services. And there is no economic way to alter it either by swapping out chips either.

Time for a new iPad
