Why "No Service" after replacing LCD screen?

I just replaced the screen of my S4 and it said 'no service' so I took it apart again, think the antenna wasn't connected properly so clicked that in and it was fine. However, now the signal has gone again and it says 'no service'.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

So the signal was working again after you connected it?

When I first reconnected it it wasn't working, so I took it apart again and made sure the antenna was connected right, and when I turned it back on the signal was working for around half an hour before stopping again?

Take apart again and disconnect antenna again and reconnect if it still doesn't work I would buy a new antenna

I had no service also. Galaxy s4 active. I took it back apart and found that the blue antenna jumped the track it runs in and I threaded a screw right through the middle of it. I couldn't do it again if I tried. lol. I'd check your antenna connection before doing anything.
