I need a gun metal back housing because I dented the back of the phone . I wonder if I take the back off if I can just push on it from the inside if that would work.

Hello Jeff, i am hoping you still have an m8 back cover available, if so how do i buy one from you? (1st time on this site so unsure how to contact, please pardon my ignorance) i have the same issue with my m8 (dent on battery cover) except that the ribbon wire that encircles the lower camera port was cut. What seems to be unique is the ribbon wire is not pictured anywhere on m8 back covers. Could this be something installed by the carrier? (t-mobile). The shape and color of the wire is very similar to the ones used on m7's. I'll try to attach a pic.

I had the same issue with my volume button on HTC One M8. HTC would not cover it under warranty.

I was able to purchase a new volume rocker from parts4repair.com for only $3.50, however it is still loose and does often fall out at times. It is also quite tricky to get it in there, I have to use a sharp tool to guide it back in.

It's not perfect, but it does the trick.
