Why won't my screen respond?

i dropped my phone and now the screen won't respond to touch! i already tried reseting it but it won't fix it!!

Either the touch connector has fallen out or you need a screen replacement

i just got my screen replaced a month ago, does that change anything?

Yip cause most repair shops at does this repair don't use foam connectors on the lcd or touch connectors so it's easy for them to pop out I would open iPhone up and look
