iPhone 5 stays on for 30 mins screen then looks weird dies

HI Guys,

My iPhone 5 screen stays on working normally for about 30 mins and then the screen goes all funny then powers off ?

Any ideas what it could be or what needs changing ?

Does the phone turn off? Does it need powered back up again by pressing power?

If so then this sounds like a battery problem.

The screen goes all fuzzy then goes black.... It wont power back up again by pressing power you have to do a hard reset or disconnect the battery for it to come back on.

I've used 3 different batteries I forgot to mention.

Ok sounds like it's not a battery problem but mayb a screen problem can you plug the phone into iTunes so it's recognised then wait til the screen goes black if the phone is still recognised then it's the screen that's at fault if screen goes black and it's not recognised then the phone is powering off
