My problem: after the iPhone 5 battery replacement. Half of screen appears red stripes, carrier "searching" Do not Make the call is (was trying to remove and reconnect nano sim .. turn the phone off and does not fix errors) and via touch screen rapid, unstable ... please anyone can tell me why and how to fix it .. thank you very much

Looks to me like lcd damage can you first make sure the connectors are seeded correctly if so then a new screen is needed.
For the reception you need to check is the time and date correct. Connecting to wifi will change to the right time and date for you..

I think the problem is due to the connection:
1. Front-facing camera and sensor cable
2. Digitizer cable
3. LCD cable. Replace the battery .... finished lap contest under the cap hybrid reverse order: lcd cable, digitizer, front facing & sensor cable. True or false ...? thanks for the help
