Changed screen on my iPhone 4, now it wont charge.

I changed a screen on a iphone 4. And now it wont charge. I have checked the flex cabel to make sure its properly fited, i even tried to change the dock connector. I have also tried with another battery. Any ideas? I am not feeling good about this, because i did this repair for a friend...

EDIT:

I have now tested the phone with a motherboard forom another iphone 4, and now it charges fine. So i guess its a problem with the motherboard? What should i do now... Any suggestions?

Check all connections and clean it make sure that everything is not damaged or burned then unplug everything and put it all back together and put it on the charger maybe that can solve the issue. Hope this helps.

Did u pry on the volume lets side or logic board side?

It's also possible that when unclipping the dock connector a componant was knocked off also.. Can you inspect for damage?
