I would still contact your carrier. It may be as simple as the sim card not being compatible with the iphone.

Orange UK doesn't have a local store you can go to? Sorry, I'm not familiar with your countries wireless provider.

How about contacting Apple directly?

Most likely its the phone if it worked on the galaxy and not the iPhone it is either non compatible or the phone is stolen or lost and registered as such which there is no way of bypassing. So the sim card is either non-compatible or the phone was registered as lost or stolen and when the iPhone updated it realized it was registered as lost or stolen and then shut down its service. But in case it might be a hardware problem, Check the connectors of the sims card for any damage or burns and clean it. Unless you know that it worked before and it stopped after the update in which case it can't be hardware . Hope that helps.

I think is not hardware i check motherboard and clean it little bit so i hope its not but i think it might be stolen i didint even get box for this phone how can i check that

by

Well if there is no box and no signal it has to be stolen since your sims card is broken without a box or anything I am honestly unsure of how to track it. I wish I could be of more help here but if all the hardware works and the sims card works but no signal my thought is that it is stolen.

i check my IMEI on two free websites and its saying is not blocked but im dont trust free websites that much are there are some trusted free websites or shuld i just start looking for this guy who sold me that ?

by

Quite honestly I do not know of any real credible ones myself and it just seems that way but I am unsure because the sims reader or the antenna the last time I heard of a problem such as this it was because the iPhone was stolen.

i think i gonna try paid one for sure and start checking hardware one more time but it seeams to be ok even from system because if i put EE uk card in to the phone is serching but i can see sim programs so sim bay shuld be ok and if i set carrier select to manual it display list of operators that are in my country but if i select any of them it showing no service so i think anthena is ok what do you think ?

Try this:

Go to your Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Afterwards try to perform a "hard reset" on the device by pressing down and holding the home button and the sleep/wake button for up to 30secs. until you see a black screen with the Apple logo, then release

This may solve your problem. Last year this was a popular issue and all that was needed was a factory restored, as there was a carrier update needed and this may be your dilemma as well. Let me know if this works and I shall continue to search for an answer.
