LG changed the touch of a client and now the phone will not turn over, I need to know what to do.

Because the cell does not start or charge the battery, and the battery tested this out 5 volts and not 3.8 volts.

I believe you're saying, LG changed the touchscreen of one of your clients phones? And now the phone won't turn on?

If so, your client needs to go back to LG and have them fix it correctly.

If I have misunderstood your question, could you clarify? Thanks.

As with all electronics, there are bad parts at times. It is possible the screen you installed is bad. I had a bad replacement screen just the other day.

Have you tried a soft reset? Something like holding the power button and volume button down (or volume up) together until the phone reboots?

If that doesn't work, disassemble the phone, double check the screen connection. If it looks good, you'll need to replace the screen again.

Well, I guess it's not the screen because the phone turned on the LED which indicates that is loading for a few seconds and shut off, I'm thinking it may be the battery because I tried removing the battery and it kneaded her.

A battery would be a cheaper and easier replacement.

Let us know how it turns out.
