Battery drains after screen replacement

hi,i recently replaced my iphone 5 lcd digitizer(no camera n hone button was included),but my battery is draining fast,i thought restore would make things ok,but it didnt.while i was charging my phone went little bit warm.ihv read some forums to check with airplane mode on.i did and it was ok,1% went down in 2 hrs,with airplane mode off went down 5% in 30 mins.but i couldnt foun any solid solution in that forum.could anyone help me with that plz?

Options

Make sure that ur brightness is not up full blast as when you change screens it can reset what you originally had
