Changed battery, but now GPS doesn't work

I recently changed my iPhone 5 battery. I thought it went well but ever since changing it my GPS no longer works.

When I use a mapping application, it will not update my location but once every minute or so, which makes it useless for turn-by-turn navigation.

For an app like Nike+, it says right at the start that my GPS signal is weak. It then works like Maps, Google Maps, Waze, etc. in that it will track but only intermittently and only update itself once every minute or two.

I'm guessing that, while changing the battery, I somehow damaged a cable? I looked and all of the cables I removed have been reattached properly. I reseated the cables and not sure what else to look for/try. I've reset the iPhone completely, network settings, etc. No luck.

Thanks so much con - I opened it back up and took off the metal shields of the long black cables and, sure enough one of the connectors was not seated fully, so I re-seated it and it now works. SOOOO happy to have it fixed. Thanks so much!
