My s3 won't make any sound went i make or receive a regular call....neither the one that receive the call. Skype works fine, only regular calls, what could be the problem? hardware?
I restarted the phone to factory setting, but still, the problem is there....

Yeah, may be something wrong with your earphone speaker and microphone. If earphone speaker had the problem, you can hear the sound when receiving a call. If microphone had the problem, the other side of the call can't hear from you.
But you also can hear the sounds from loudspeaker and headphones.

I have the same problem, my s3 wont make any sound on regular call and neither the one who receive the call too but, music and video working properly even if I use viber, Skype or tango it works normaly.

well, all you have to do is replace the IC audio,
