My screen is frozen and displays that the battery is half charged. It does not respond to anything. I plugged another I touch into the desk top computer and it froze that one also(USB ports bad on computer). Please help! I need my I touch.

try to reset the iPod's:
press and hold both the sleep button and the home button for about ten seconds until the apple logo appears.
