What is this Logic Board component?

This chip has broken off one of my Logic Boards and the backlight will not power. I must find a replacement. (This is from a 2012 MBA 15" Retina)

neworleanscomputer, any chance you can zoom out a bit so we can see where the component is located in relation to the rest of the board? Also, what are the last three digits of the serial number? OR the logic board 820-xxxx number?
