I just completed battery replacement on iPhone 5. IT starts up and works with the new battery, HOWEVER. . .

there are now two rows of gray rectangles across the top of the screen (when held vertically).

the phone was working correctly prior to battery replacement project. . .

HELP !

Options

Check the connectors, make sure they a seated, also clean the connectors on both the logic board and the screen.
