Motherboard swap for t-mobile iPhone 5 (USA)

Hi I bought a iPhone 5 (USA) t-mobile from someone and it wasn't on the blacklist. I activated the phone and it was working for a little then the next day it wasn't working so I looked again to see if it was on the blacklist and it was. Now I can't use my phone. I was wondering if I buy a logic board that's not on the blacklist from someone will my phone be able to activate again?
