Does the new battery needs a full charging?
I replace my old battery (3years old) with a new from IFIXIT. Does the new battery needs a full charging when i replace it and before use the phone?
Is this a good question?

It's not needed but I would give it a good charge til 100% then just let the battery drain to 0 and charge again this will give it the best charge it needs

Ok i change it and begin with a 12% battery.
But i have a problem when i starting my phone and i try to add the pin number for my service provider the phone stacks in that screen and i can't login to my network provider.
