Replaced digitizer ripped the wifi, repercussions of this?

I saw there was already a person that had done this and got an answer, that one probably needed to replace the wifi antenna.

But I want to know why. The wifi antenna broke at the 2 screws that holds it to the outer casing (i believe its the outer casing atleast). I started the Ipad up and it finds my wifi no problem.

Is it that the wifi gets a weaker reading signal, or...

If its just a little bit weaker, I can live with it, but if its something else and its gona give up all together at some point, I don't want that.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Yes, your Wi-Fi signal and speed will be slow, you should replace the antenna, if just takes 5 minutes.
