Why Kenmore doesn't start

Kenmore Elite HE3 110.42822201 serial # CSN 0714508 . While loaded and working stopped and started flashing Door

Didn't open , pressed the start heard the water running and stopped then heard door lock click like starting but I heard the second click and stopped .

To reset it, unplug foe 5 minutes.
