why doesn't my Huawei Impulse 4G Model: U8800 want to charge because every time i try to charge it; it doesn't wants to charge would i need to change the battery or repair the phone?

noe, make sure that your charger and charge cable are working properly. If so, then replace the battery. Should that not resolve it, you will need to disassemble your phone and check the charging port. But start with the simple things first.
