Touch Screen Not Working.

I replaced the screen on the phone. However, now I cannot "slide" to unlock, slide up for the camera or off to power down.

What might be the issue, or what connection may be loose that would cause this behavior?

Alex that's the wrong cable that's the lcd

The cable for the touch screen is underneath that cable shown
