iPhone 5 turns off when charging and...

when phone rings can only on loud speaker...

Suddenly my iphone 5 turns off when charging and.....when phone rings can only on loud speaker..

Phone has not had anything happen to it... just behaving funny.

anybody know whats up??

Options

Try a hard reset or restore before doing anything to it

Options

You could all try a restore to rule out corrupt software.

Failing that a new battery could be needed if it's switching off on you

your phone will need to be powerd off then get a new battery and connect it

will work 100%
