What is the best way to remove my stripped fan screws?
I have two stripped screws one on the processor fan the other on the speaker assembly what is the best way to remove these screws?

To unscrew a stripped philips screw I use a modified very small flat screwdriver. With a sand paper or a stone that you use to sharpen knives I modify the square tip giving it a 45 degree shape on each side until the tip enter in the head of the stripped screw then I apply pressure on the screwdriver while unscrewing and most of the times it works.

I found these screws to be very soft and the head easy to damage. I managed to get them out by pressing really hard (standing up using my weight) while turning very slowly with the Philips #00 screwdriver.
