My iPod libary has been hacked into

Hacked iPod

My iPod has recently been hacked into whilst it was plugged into iTunes. I contacted iTunes and they are unable to help me.

When I try to add or send my libary to my PC it tells me I am unauthourised and yet it is still in my name.If I reset to factory settings I will lose my whole libary.

Is there any way that I can save my data on my iPod.

Your library should be on your PC or you couldn't have put it on the iPod in the first place. Here's a link on how to reset it: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1320

You can also download iPod Rip to access the data on the iPod:

The iPod restoration software I have used in the past is called Senuti. It's free and works quite well at getting your stuff off your iPod - I used it when I accidentally deleted my whole iTunes library.

Senuti requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later.

One of the best programs I've found for PC... or Senuti for mac

your music should be in \music\itunes\ either itunes media or just music.

Like Mayer said your music wouldn't be on your iPod without being on your computer.
