Hello sorry for my English, I wanted to ask how I can unsolder the WiFi module inside the motherboard of galaxy s4 thanks

dpdan, that is a BGA IC and you will need a reflow station to do that. To replace it, you will need the proper stencils, solder balls and then reball the IC. Hard to do for a DIY'er. Hope this helps, good luck.
