need to be fixed really bad
my galaxy s3 front glass is cracked and chipped, and when i plug in my charger it doesn't charge, and also the back camera glass is missing

joe, sounds like you have your work cut out for you. I'd start with the front display. You can either replace the complete assembly, which I advocate due to less chance of destroying the LCD, or just the glass as is shown with these guides. Your charging issues could stem from either a bad charger or a bad charging port. The port is soldered to your logic board, therefore it will have to be unsoldered and replaced. The port is available from multiple vendors and it is not to expensive. Do a Google search for it and choose a vendor of your liking. Here as well as here are some decent videos that show you how it is done. Not sure what to do about your camera, most likely a replacement could be hard to come, but you may want to look at this. Hi there there is company's out there that do a glass only repair on the s3 and will be cheaper than a full lcd replacement.. The charging issue is either a faulty charge lead or the USB charger is broken on the phone its self.
this repair requires a solder repair and for the back glass on the camera it's just a new back plate that you need..
