My ipad mini dropped and is spiderwebbed, the edge is dented inwards and the back is also stained and scratched, is there a possible way to replace this, what do i need?

A back case assembly, better if with the battery installed. Transfer the logic board into the new case.

Having done full case replacements for my clients I can happily report that a back case replacement is possible. Sometimes replacacing the aluminum case is a must especially for a case bent enough that it will not accept a new replacement digitizer. There are a few vendors in the U.S. that sell cases but you will find more available from cell phone parts websites based in China.
