Changed battery, now weak wifi signal! help

Hi all, I recently changed my battery on my note 10.1 and now i have to be within 10 feet of my router to have any kind of signal.

I have tried three different locations that i normally would be at with wifi and still same results. Even now writing this i am literally right next to my mifi and i have 2-3 bars of signal. When i changed battery, that is all i attempted to do, meaning i didnt remove anything else, just battery.

Did i do something physically with my note when i opened it? This was my first time doing that, but i researched and watched how to video's before attempting.

I also ordered and replaced my bluetooth/wifi antenna thinking that would solve my problem, and it didn't.

Before i replaced battery i havent had any issue's whatsoever with wifi.
