I took my mac book apart the other day to replace thermal compound and general cleaning, and rebuilt the entire machine. All connections are made (I double Checked), but OS 10 doesn't recognize:
1. my bluetooth
2. any wired peripherals
3. my battery
4. my keyboard/trackpad (besides The power button)
I cannot figure out why this is. If anyone can help, any answers are appreciated. thank you

Have you tried an SMC and PRAM/NVRAM reset?
Can you run AHT?
