I have an white iPhone 4 GSM with a faulty screen. I am just starting to get good at repairing my phone, and I have been trying to replace my screen with a quality but cheap replacement. I have bought two off of amazon but both have had LCD issues and touch issues. Can someone please recommend a good place to get one that will work perfectly? Thanks!

My advice is that these parts are rated by quality---original, high copy, and copy. Sometimes original LCD + copy glass etc. Ask your seller what quality they are selling, if they are not forthcoming, move on. If you stick with original (which is not always available) then you won't have any quality issues.

I would be very careful about "Original" or "OEM"
In my personal opinion these terms would mean that they are original to the manufacturing company (Foxcom). That company does not sell these screens, because Apple would drop them. Which means there are two ways to get Original screens.
If someone claims to be selling you Original Screens, I would personally run from that because it rings alarm bells of that person being a con artist. Look for what is called Grade-A aftermarket. That is as good, or in some cases even better(because believe it or not Apple cuts corners), than what was originally on the iPhone.
