iPhone 5 and 5S screens interchangeable?

Just in case I dont have to spend 120 bucks on a new screen when I can save 70 by buying an iphone 5 screen. I read the hom,e button is larger on the 5s so it wont works. What is true?

No. Don't even think about interchangeable iphone hardware.

The only thing that is semi-interchangeable are the side buttons, and even those don't work great as the colors are different.
