Can some one tell me if the iphone 5s battery puts out 3.68v When it not connected to the phone. Testing to see if my iphone 5s battery is bad or good. I have 2 iphone 5s battery when connected to volt meter both says 0v. when volt meter is connected to iphone 5 battery it reads the 3.68v.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it does. If the battery is working, you should show voltage on the contacts.
Do you have a Iphone 5s battery you could test to confirm this for me. I have 2 iphone 5s battery and both say 0v on the contact. Just hard to believe i have 2 phones with both defective batteries. Do you know if the iphone 5s will show any life when there is no battery plugged in? I know all other iphones when a battery isnt pluged in, and you plug it into the wall the apple logo loops. Does the iphone 5s do this?
